The Property Tax and Utility Bill Enquiry/Cashier Counter is open Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. The closest office is located in the Scarborough Civic Centre (150 Borough Dr.). 

 

For Low Income Seniors and Low Income Persons with a Disability

Low income seniors and low income persons with a disability can apply can apply to the “Water Rebate Program,” the “Property Tax Cancellation Program,” and the “Property Tax Increase Deferral Program.”  There are a series of eligibility requirements that must be met to qualify for these programs.  Homeowners can also appeal their property taxes or assessments.  Visit the City of Toronto’s website for more information on these programs.  You can also download the information sheet and application form from the City of Toronto’s website.

Applications for the Water Rebate, Property Tax Cancellations and Property Tax Increase Deferral Programs must be sent to the City of Toronto by September 2, 2014.  Complete applications can be mailed to:
