Now that the Pan American/Parapan American caldron has been extinguished and the athletes have gone home, let’s take a moment to reflect upon our Pan/Parapan Am athletes, coaches, organisers as well as the venues and associated logistics involved in the events’ execution. There is no question that our Canadian athletes have made us all proud – but were the games worth it?
